30 Minute Kickboxing Circuit

OTR 30 Minute Kickboxing Circuit is a High Intensity Interval Training style workout. The circuit consists of Ten Rounds  that changes every few weeks. A new circuit starts every 3 minutes which allows us to offer a program that fits into the busiest lifestyle. Simply show up and put on your wraps and gloves on your ready to go !!!

30 Minute Weight Circuit

OTR 30 min full body weight training circuit is designed for a fast full body workout, this compliments the OTR Kickboxing Circuit whether you do it on the same day or split the circuit and weight training days up. OTR has every tool to get you into the best shape of your life !!!
